He was predeceased by: his wife Nellie. He is survived by: his daughter Kristen Cady (Raymond); his stepchildren, Barbara Emahizer (James) of Bear Lake, PA and Michael Jewart of Starbrick, PA; and his sister Johanne Forney. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, plus several nieces and nephews.
