It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sandra C. Eldridge of Warren, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 7, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Shine and Mary Shine (O'Brien); her husband Donald G. Eldridge; her sons, Donald Eldridge and Mark Eldridge; and her sister Dee Freeman.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Eldridge of Warren and Tina Phan of Warren; and her cousin Thomas Shine. She is also survived by four grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Peterson-Blick Funeral Home Inc., 1003 Penna Ave. E. Warren, PA, to help with funeral expenses.
