He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry H. Capen and Patricia A. Capen (Wolff); and his siblings, Lawrence Capen, Robert Meddock, Michael Meddock, Tina Geers and Theresa Black.
He is survived by: his stepfather Keith Meddock; and his siblings, Sandra Meddock and Bruce Capen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
