We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2022, at the age of 80, Barbara Ann Drexinger of Warrington, Pennsylvania, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her mother Elizabeth McGuire; and her daughter Kathy Stritzinger. She is survived by : her sons, Kenneth Drexinger (Marisol Munguia De) and Karl Drexinger; her grandson Christopher Stritzinger; her cousins, Carol Hons and Tammi Tatarian; and her caregiver Ernest DeLong.
