He is survived by : his wife Sharon S. Baxter (Anderson); his children, Stephen Baxter (Eliza) and Amy Spence (Wesley); his siblings, Cindi Barrett and Nancy Burns (Richard); and his grandchildren, Zoe, Cameron Baxter, Owen and Adam Spence. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and his three beloved dogs.
