He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia F. Lewis (Bradley); and his parents, Eugene Lewis and Patricia Lewis (Lewandoski). He is survived by: his children, Christopher Lewis (Kara), Monica Meno (Frederick), Pamela McCloskey (late Michael) and Beth Lewis; and his grandchildren, William, Olivia, Tommy, Madison, Natalie, Caroline, Christopher, Jayna and Delaney.
