He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Oliver and Mary Oliver (Jones); and his brother Christopher Oliver. He is survived by: his wife Barbara G. Oliver (Graff); his stepsons, Eric H. McDonald (Jennifer) and Jeff A. McDonald (Rianne Castrillo); his sister Judith Oliver; and his granddaughter Madeleine McDonald.
