He is survived by: his wife Amy; his children, Luke, Emily and Grace; his parents, Thomas Moffett and Sue Ann Moffett; and his brothers, Thomas and James Moffett (Mary Ann). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws, cousins, and lifelong friends.
