With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary E. Powers of Warrington, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 25, 2023 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Elmer P. and Mary E. Vearling (Jackson); her husband Carl Powers, Sr.; her son Carl Jr. (Marie) of Southampton; and her siblings, Elmer, Robert, Dorothy, Walter and Joseph Vearling.

She is survived by : her sons, Gregory (Barbara) of West Newfield and Vance (Michelle) of Allentown, PA.; and her brother Thomas. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and four, great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Mary's memory to St. Robert Bellarmine Church or to St. Hubert's Catholic High School for Girls, 7320 Torresdale Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19136.
