He is survived by: his wife Patricia Thompson (Underwood); his children, Patricia T. "Trish" Benz (Peter) of Bedminster Twp, Kimberly A. Thompson of Horsham, PA, Victoria L. Ostertag (Robert) of Perkiomenville, PA and Robert W. Thompson, Jr. (Lisa) of Long Grove, IL; his grandchildren, Lauren, Peter Jr., Christopher, William, Liam, Ryan and Keira; and his great grandchildren, Hailey and Mark.
