Johnson of Warrington, Pennsylvania; his daughters, Nicole M. Johnson (Nikki) and Kristen J. Parrish (Benjamin); his grandsons, Oliver and Maclin Parrish; and his siblings, Martha Miller (Bruce) and David Johnson (Sylvia).
