She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Brooks and Ruth Naomi Carper (Soyster); her grandson Calvin "Rocky" Wade Miller, III; and her siblings, Marian, Robert, Betty, Earl, Gilbert, Donna and Ebenezer.
She is survived by: her children, Caryl Jane Fisher (Brad) of State College, Calvin "Spike" Wade Miller, Jr. (Katy Jo) of Tyrone and John Edward Miller of Baltimore, MD; and her sister Joan Jones (Joanne) of York, PA.. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Spruce Creek Methodist Church, 4938 Spruce Creek Road, Spruce Creek, PA 16683 in her memory.
