She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Martz, and Edna Mae Martz, Sr. (Weber); her husband Charles Hoyer; and her brothers, Bernard Martz, Jr. (Corrine) and David Martz (Marianne).
She is survived by: her son Gary A. Miller; her grandsons, Jacob and Andrew Miller; her brother Dan Martz (Darlene); and her nieces and nephews, Bernard Martz, III (Christine), Daniel Martz, Jr., Ruth Hill and Denice Fisher (Larry). She is also survived by her husband also loved watching their grandchildren and teaching them about the birds.
