He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Spelman (Jamie), Elizabeth Morrison (Michael) and Jennifer Wiechmann (Aaron); and his grandchildren, Connor, Logan, Emily (Michael), Matthew, Benjamin and Elliot.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Samaritan's Purse, a ministry that reflects Mike's lifelong desire to serve Christ by sharing.
