Palmer (Elgin); his stepchildren, Nicholas and Ashley; his sister Susan G. Oliver (Gregg) of West Deer; his nephews, Alex and Mark; and his close friend Norman L. Switzer of Washington Township. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
