He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward L. Pacuch and Margaret L. Pacuch (Filo); and his brothers, Jerome and Richard Pacuch. He is survived by: his siblings, Edward J. "Ed" Pacuch (Kathleen) of West Leechburg and Monica McCourt of Luray, Virginia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
