She is survived by: her daughter Joan Haines (David) of Claysville; her grandsons, Rick Macfarlane (Maryanne), Stephen Macfarlane (Rhonda) of Washington, Todd Macfarlane (Amy) and William Macfarlane (Tami) of Harrisburg; her great grandchildren, Jordon Macfarlane (Kelsey), Morgan Macfarlane (Italo DeLuca), Logan Macfarlane and Jade Macfarlane; her great great grandchild Weston Macfarlane; her niece Lorraine Lusk; and her great-nephew Donnie Lusk. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
