She was predeceased by: her father Sheldon Thomas; and her husband Mark A. Wells. She is survived by: her mother Karen Jackson Thomas of Washington; her pet Sasha; her children, DeAngelo Wells (Erin Fogarty) of Canonsburg, Eric of Washington, Malik Wells of Washington and Maya Wells of Pittsburgh; her grandchildren, Daylazia, Cameron, Airionna, Kyree, Dreya, Adelyn, Ava, Kamia, Anthony and Malachi Wells; and her brother Sean Allen Thomas (Jennifer) of Coraopolis. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the funeral home in Nikki's name.
