She was predeceased by: her parents, Judson Crowe and Georgia Sarver Crowe; and her husband William W. Kottner Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Dr. William W. Kottner Jr. (Cindy) of Washington and Becky Ann Devore of Washington; her grandchildren, William Kottner III (Jill), Nathan Kottner (Amber), Brent Kottner (Alexandra), Kristina Hancock (Douglas) and Matthew Devore (Jessica); and her siblings, James Crowe and Joan Russell. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, as well as, several nieces and nephews.
