She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Dean and Georgie Tennant Dean; her husband Joseph Anthony Miller; her siblings, Diz Dean, Roy Dean and Linda Byers; and her grandson Charles Riggs III.
She is survived by: her stepfather Charles; her children, Charles Riggs (Beth) of Waynesburg and Candice Otte (Gary) of Washington; and her brother Bob Dean (Donna) of Waynesburg. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
