Baker; her children, Debra Livolsi of Washington, Scott Baker (Sandy) of Pittsburgh and Betsy Desmond; her son-in-law Mike Desmond of Claysville; her grandchildren, Andy Desmond, Maggie Desmond (Brandon), Brooke Russell (Sam), Taylor Baker and Joey Livolsi (Kayla); her great grandchildren, Landon, Kale, Charlie and Sophia; and her siblings, Emma Frances "Betty" Collis, Dorothy Brownlee (Frank), Mary Closser, Hazel Pettit, Jackelyn Arena (Tom), Robert, George, Billy, John, Jimmy, Connie Margaret Roux and Bidwell Adams Roux. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Piatt-Barnhill Funeral Home (420 Locust Ave, Washington, PA 15301). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
