He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis E. Spossey and Margret Chambers Spossey (Giambra); and his wife Carolyn Scott. He is survived by: his children, Wray Spossey (Stacey) of St. Augustine, FloridaMark Spossey (Christy) of Pearland and Lisa Gorby (Tim) of Washington; his sister Bernadette Adams (Dennis) of Huntersville, NC; and his grandchildren, Tanner (Jordan), Turner (Jordan), Taylen Gorby (Kayla), Jessica Spossey, Adrian Johnson, Christopher Spossey, Brooke McNeal (Brian), Trey (Samantha), Antonia Mangas (Tim), Madalyn Spossey and Connor Spossey. He is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
