He was predeceased by: his parents, Costas Hazimanolis and Florence Athans Hazimanolis. He is survived by: his son Jason J. Hazimanolis of Canonsburg; his brother George Hazimanolis of Erie; and his former wife Leslie Hazimanolis of Presto.
