She was predeceased by: her parents, John K. Cox and Gertrude Zediker Cox. She is survived by: her husband Orville "Butch" Richmond; her children, Donna M. Evans (Randy) of Washington, James H. Richmond (Rachele) of Washington, Susan L. Dittmer (Jeffrey) of Claysville and Diane K. Johnson of Lake Wiley, SC; her siblings, John R. Cox of Meadowlands, Bonnie G. Carpenter of Washington and Linda G. Cox of Washington; and her grandchildren, Randall, James Evans, Matthew, Jacob, Ryan Richmond, Alyson, Jenna, Joshua, Rachel Dittmer, Hailey, Parker and Grant Johnson. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
