She was predeceased by : her parents, William Mosier and Glennetta Mosier; and her sibling Joane Petrie. She is survived by : her husband Terence Serbak; her children, Michael Serbak (Erica), Kevin Serbak (Cindy), Matthew Serbak (Cristina) and Kandi DeWalt (Thomas); her grandchildren, Terence M. Serbak, Dakota Walker, Bailey DeWalt, Andrew Serbak and Aiden DeWalt; and her siblings, Dennis Mosier and Karen Adams. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Lutheran Church, 92 W Walnut Street, Washington, PA 15301.
