It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Billy J. Higgins of Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 7, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, W. L. Higgins and Merle Showalter Higgins; and his sisters, Patricia Barr and Joann I. Schamp. He is survived by: his children, Kathy O'Shell (Thom) of Washington, Barbara Mruk (James) of Louisville, Kentucky and William Higgins (Amy) of Washington; his grandchildren, Jessica, Mary Elizabeth, Anastasia, Patrick, Nathan, Luke and Abby; and his great grandchildren, Winston and Olivia.
