He is survived by: his mother Jane Arleen Berry; his wife LeaAnn Moore; his daughter Jaclyn Ketchem (Cody); his grandchildren, Kinzlea, Kolson, Kooper and Karisyn Ketchem; his son Brent Berry (Aubrey); his grandson Beckham Berry; and his brother Brad Berry (Sharon). He is also survived by three nieces.
