She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Merle Wood and Freda C. Boyles (Confer); her daughters, Connie Rose McAninch and Mary Ellen Sallade; her son-in-law William Peters; her stepfather Minden E. Boyles; and her sister Mary Ellen Kunkle.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Leroy Johns, Sr.; her children, Donna Peters of Vandergrift, Patty Sciullo (Vern) of Vandergrift, Donald "Butch" Johns (Nancy) of Brackenridge and Todd Johns of Monongahela; and her brothers, Robert L. Boyles and Richard T. Boyles. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren.
