He was predeceased by: his wife Elinor Hoffman Baily; his parents, Richard L. Baily and Alta Baily (Hebel); and his siblings, Alfred Baily and Helen Cochrane.
He is survived by: his children, Chuck Baily Jr. (Shirley) of Waynesburg, PA, Karl Baily (Janice) of Spraggs, PA, Beth Jensen of Washington, PA, Ann Baily of Washington, PA and Jane Ahearn (Brian) of Westerville, OH.. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
