He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Chairge and Charlotte Chairge (Karchiner); his wife Josephine; and his nephew John "Beno" Borzell. He is survived by: his son CJ; his daughter-in-law Jennifer; his granddaughter Sophia; and his siblings, Bobby (Barbara), Ann (Mark Polizzi), Mary Claire (Jack Borzell), Tommy (Pam) and DeeDee (Jimmy Prywara). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Chucky's memory to the Parkinson's Foundation.
