He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Charles Strawn and Ada Felton Strawn; his wife Kathryn Morne of Washington; his children, Chuck Tarr of Bridgeville, John Tarr of Coraopolis and Ada Fiscus of Carnegie; his stepdaughter Lori Morne Justynski (Eric) of Boca Raton, Florida; his close friends, Bill Hughey and Mike Kopko; and also, Lindsi Kopko, Andrea White, Abbi, Travis, Maysi and Jozsi. He was also cherished by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
