He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Urista Jenkins; his children, Julie Jenkins of Washington, Izabella Jenkins of Washington, Charles Jenkins (Haley) of Brownsville and Kenneth Jenkins (Hope) of Washington; his grandchildren, Scarlette Jenkins, Kenneth Jenkins, Jr., Niko Jenkins and Halo Dixon; and his siblings, Tracy Jenkins of Washington, William Jenkins (Beth) of Washington and Matthew Jenkins (Melinda) of Avella. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
