He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Rasel and Edith Sowers Rasel. He is survived by: his nephew John Kelley (Tiffany); his great-nephews, Bryan McWreath (Charles), Kyle McWreath (Alexa), Evan McWreath (Amanda) and Liam Kelley; his great-niece Caitlyn Kemp (Ryan); his siblings, Duane Rasel, Ruth Kelley, Frank McCoy and Boyd McCoy; his niece Linda McWreath; Callen and Maverick.
In lieu of flowers, the family will be accepting donations for a Memorial Fund in Jimmy's honor to support individuals with disabilities in need.
