It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte E Howard of Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 14, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John S. Bernotas and Eleanor Bernotas; and her husband Arthur W. "Bill" Howard. She is survived by: her daughters, Michele Olsen (Mark) of Avella, Richele Davis (Sean) of Fredericksburg and Lori Brooks (Travis) of Warrenton, Virginia; her grandchildren, Mitchell, Morgan Olsen, Cameron, Carson, Chloe Davis, TJ, Billy and Jack Brooks; her brother John Bernotas (Sue); and her sisters-in-law, Peggy Slack (Richard) and Alicia Howard. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
