She is survived by: her husband Alan Heasley; her daughter Lauren Kofchak (Steve) of Miami Fl; her grandchildren, Makenzie and Matthew; her sisters, Sandy Keicher (Howard) of Finleyville and Raylene Masucci (Ralph) of Bethel Park; her stepchildren, Greg Heasley of Loveland, CO and Lisa Ruffolo (Armando); and her stepgrandchildren, Kaya and Collin of North Versailles, PA.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
