He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Owen Baker Sr. and Dorothy Plymire Baker; and his wife Shirley A. Dinsmore Baker. He is survived by: his sons, Timothy Baker (Brenda Ingram) and Thomas Baker (Dawn); and his granddaughter Lauren Baker.
A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies (1158 Morgan Rd, Bridgeville, PA 15017).
