He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Mize, Sr. and Stella Perkins Mize; his wife Sandra Polasky Mize; his siblings, Howard Mize and Doris Kirin; his daughter Pamela Bocchino; and his son-in-law Paul Allen.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Kelley Allen of Washington and Anthony Dellorso of Nevada; and his sister Vonda Barrow of Virginia. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
