He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Fowler and Patience Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Pabst; his stepson Coltn Paxton; his great-niece Kryslyn Tilger; his siblings, Lawrence Fowler (Cynthia) and Jennie Zanol Dobscha (Barry); and his nieces, Jessica Menhart (Matthew), Dr. Ashley Loeb and Samantha Walden (Jeffrey).
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc. (336 Wilson Ave, Washington, PA 15301). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
