He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Frank Bullock, Joseph and Judy Madden; and his uncle John Bullock. He is survived by: his parents, Beth Trimble of Washington and Daniel Joseph Madden Sr.; his half-sister Kadi Madden; and his grandmother Elizabeth Bullock. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and supportive friends.
