He is survived by: his wife Ann Minich; his sons, Donald (Tammy) and Michael (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Joshua Faust (Alison Crawford), Joie Tarnik (John), Abby Faust, Julia Faust and Rachel Faust; and his great grandchildren, Houston Tarnik and Daniel Tarnik.
