He was predeceased by: his father Walter Legerski. He is survived by: his mother Pearl Bednarski Legerski; his sons, David Michael Legerski Jr. (Nicole) and Nicholas Ryan Legerski (Christina Pratt); his grandchildren, Adrien Legerski, Kirsten Legerski, Austin Legerski and Eddie Gordon; and his siblings, Edward Legerski and Katherine "Kathy" Horwatt. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Washington Legion Riders, 9 Highland St, Monongahela PA 15063, who will be donating all proceeds to Guardian Angels Medical Service Dog Program in David's name.
