It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Michael Legerski of Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 20, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Walter Legerski. He is survived by: his mother Pearl Bednarski Legerski; his sons, David Michael Legerski Jr. (Nicole) and Nicholas Ryan Legerski (Christina Pratt); his grandchildren, Adrien Legerski, Kirsten Legerski, Austin Legerski and Eddie Gordon; and his siblings, Edward Legerski and Katherine "Kathy" Horwatt. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd. (925 Allison Ave, Washington, PA 15301). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity National Catholic Church (605 N Hewitt Ave, Washington, PA 15301).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Washington Legion Riders, 9 Highland St, Monongahela PA 15063, who will be donating all proceeds to Guardian Angels Medical Service Dog Program in David's name.
