He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Barbara Padilla and Cindy Strohecker (Rue); his grandchildren, Dennis Martin (Candy), Amy Andrews (Mark), David Padilla (Jamie), Leslie Yount (Troy), Jarrod Padilla (Rachel), Natalie Scott (Dave), Kristen Slaven, Andrea Strauss (Nathan), Ryan Wingrove (Josh) and Stephanie McAnallen (Donald); his parents, Thomas Wingrove and Elaine Wingrove (Emmert); his wife Wilma Wingrove (Ringer); his son Ralph; his daughter-in-law Marsha Wingrove; his granddaughter Madison Martin; his son-in-law Herman Padilla; his siblings, John Shepherd, Ralph Wingrove and Betty Ringer; Dolly Alderson. He was also cherished by his daughters and many cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
