He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerard Floyd Green and Bette Ruth Green. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Marie Green; his children, Samantha Friedline (Nikolas) of Monessen, Melissa Stiles (Steve) of Fincastle, Virginia and Keith Green (Brittany) of Catawba, Virginia; and his siblings, Gerry Green of Castle Rock, Dan Green (Donna) of San Antonio, David "Rick" Green of Chadbourn and Cheryl Green of Washington. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
