He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harney and Phyllis Wynn Harney; and his wife Adrienne Lynne Siek. He is survived by: his daughters, Cassandra Harney (Shelden Terrett), Rae Ann Cowden (B. C.) and Jamee Talpas; his grandchildren, Brooke Amon, Iver Terrett, Baylee Sharkey, Padraig Sharkey (P. J.) and Brock Sharkey; his nieces and nephews, Tamme, Tracey, Lisa, Cathy, Alexis, Kelly, Jason, Christopher and Kayla; and his sister Phyllis Mae Marshall.
