She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hartsik and Mary "Mickey" Hartsik (Gilbert); and her husband Harry Banks. She is survived by: her daughter Amy Banks (Craig Mayton) of Cannonsburg, PA; her pets, Frankie and Bourbon; her sisters, Linda Hilderbrand (Mike) of Washington, PA and Debbie Mecca (Len) of Washington, PA; her nieces, Jaclyn McCain (Mike) and Laurel Mecca; her great-nephew Jack McCain; and her pet Zoey.
