He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald E. Kendall Sr. and Mary Evelyn Ermlich Kendall. He is survived by: his brothers, Mark Kendall of Charleroi, PA and Kevin Kendall (Lori) of Charleroi, PA; and his former wife Jamie Kendall. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
