Donald Lee Gardner Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Lee Gardner of Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 27, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Donald is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Donald's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his mother S. Margaret Gardner; and his spouse Nadene Gardner (Jones). He is survived by: his sons, William S. Gardner of Washington and Jeffrey L. (Lisa L. Gardner) of Washington; his grandsons, Scott W. Gardner of Lone Pine, Nicholas D. Gardner of Good Hope, IL and Parker L. Gardner of Washington; his brother John P. Gardner; and his caregiver Maryann Montgomery.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Nichol Funeral Home (1873 E Maiden St, Washington, PA 15301). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
