He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph D. Weaver and Helen Brister Weaver; and his spouse Beverly Humphreys. He is survived by: his sons, David Weaver (Linda) of Canonsburg, PA and D. Chris Weaver of Kississimme, FL; and his sisters, Janice Putorti (Carmen) and Judith Kler (Harry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
