It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna J Bloemker of Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 26, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Walla and Leona Ruzicka Walla; her parents-in-law, John and Esther Bloemker; her husband Vernon Lyle Bloemker; her sister Mary Heese; her daughter Janelle Stevenson; her daughter-in-law Sandy; her brothers-in-law, Russell and Lowell; Janet.
She is survived by: her sons, James Dean Bloemker, Jonathan Charles Bloemker and Jay Jeffrey Bloemker; her sister Charlene Greene (Charles); her brother-in-law Norman Heese; her son-in-law John Stevenson; Tammy, John and Joyce.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Piatt and Barnhill Funeral Home (420 Locust Ave, Washington, PA 15301). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, St. Joseph's Indian School, Shriner's Hospitals for Children, or an animal rescue facility of your choice.
