She was predeceased by: her father Harry Ice of Sardis, Ohio.. She is survived by: her mother Marilyn Ice (Reusser); her husband Thomas M. Lubic; her children, Robert, Joseph, Lacy and Stacey Birkheimer; her stepchildren, Justin Lubic (Krysta) and Valene Mason (Bryan); and her siblings, Bill Ice (Kathi), Jane Clegg (Roy) and Mark Ice (Jackie). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
